4. Service Description

RocketAgents provides an AI-powered customer service platform that:

• Automates customer conversations across multiple channels (Instagram, WhatsApp, Messenger, Web Chat)
• Processes customer inquiries using natural language processing
• Integrates with e-commerce platforms like Shopify
• Provides product recommendations and order tracking
• Enables human agent handover when needed
• Analyzes conversation data to improve service quality

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with or without notice.

5. User Responsibilities and Acceptable Use

5.1 Acceptable Use

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree NOT to:

• Use the Service to send spam, unsolicited messages, or engage in harassment
• Violate any applicable laws, regulations, or third-party rights
• Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or harmful code
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or other users' accounts

10. Service Level and Availability

11. Termination

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict of law principles.

15.3 Jurisdiction

Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bangalore, India.

15.4 Arbitration

For disputes exceeding $10,000 USD, either party may elect binding arbitration under the rules of the Indian Arbitration and Conciliation Act.

16. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by:

• Sending an email notification to your registered email address

If you are a U.S. government entity, the Service is a "Commercial Item" as defined in FAR 2.101.

• Maintain human oversight for sensitive matters
• Use the human handover feature when appropriate

By using the Service, you acknowledge that conversation data may be used (in anonymized form) to train and improve our AI models, subject to our Privacy Policy.

19.3 AI Limitations

You acknowledge that AI has inherent limitations and may occasionally:

• Misunderstand customer intent
• Provide incorrect information
• Generate responses that require human review
• Fail to handle complex or sensitive situations appropriately
